ONCE UPON A TIME... God sprinkled ppl all over the earth, like sowing seeds! and they were dispersed, cos then they were fairly stupid. Most of them landed on mountains, where it was cold, climates were bad, and there was relief of land, soil also no good. then one day, the ppl were blur and ran around in circles. God realised how luan they were, so he drew lines alll over the earth, which some of them became roads, some rivers, canals, etc etc! then the ppl became smart and developed technology. they drew their own lines! and gathered at the junctions and shared resources, and for defence. TRADE, TRANSPORT, and they lived HAPPILY EVER AFTER! THE END!!! yay. okay now, when many cities grow closer together, a CONURBATION is formed.
